Kuils River detectives seek the assistance of the public to help trace missing Devan Ricardo Speelman, who was last seen, last Monday.
The police’s Anelisiwe Manyana said the 22-year-old left
his residence without informing anyone.
‘’He is said to be mentally challenged. At the time of
disappearance he was wearing a black hoody jacket, white t-shirt, black shorts
and a pair of sleeping sandals,’’ said Anelisiwe Manyana, SAPS spokesperson.
