A fourth suspect in the Joslin Smith case appeared in court

A fourth accused regarding the disappearance of six-year-old Joshlin Smith, appeared in the Vrendenburg Magistrates Court, on Monday morning.

Prosecutors says a confession led to the 32-year-old's arrest over the weekend.

"The State is opposing your release at this stage and wants to obtain bail information before a decision can be made, and your matter is postponed until 25 March for bail information. You will be in custody until then,” the magistrate said.
