Five accused on disappearance of German tourist Nick Frische set to appear in Wynberg Magistrate court

 Five accused are set to face trial at the Wynberg Magistrate Court on Monday for alleged robbery and disappearance of German tourist Nick Frische, who went missing over a year ago.

It is alleged that the 22-year-old went missing in February 2023.

CCTV footages show him setting off on the hiking trail. And then went missing. Ighsaan Fisher, Jason Adonis, Melvin Geunantin, Petersen van Roy and Carlo Geunantin are accused of robbing Frischke on the trail.

The five accused face charges of robbery with aggravating circumstances, housebreaking, three counts of illegal possession of firearms and a count of illegal possession of ammunition.
