City of Cape Town libraries dedicates special study spaces for matriculants ahead of the NSC examinations
The spaces are meant to assist matriculants who are studying for their final exams, which starts next week.
The city is also offering a matric support programme for easy access to resources, including study guides, textbooks and free stationery. The online SmartCape service will also enable learners to access past exam question papers.
The MMC for Community Services and Health Francine Higham said “We know what a stressful time the exams can be, and so our libraries are doing everything possible to give learners the edge. We would like to encourage matriculants to make use of these study areas at their local library and we wish them the best of luck in their preparation for the exams.”
