The murder case against 63-year-old Aletta Rose has been postponed once again in the Bellville Magistrate’s Court in the Western Cape.

the matter now delayed as the court determines whether she has secured new
legal representation.
During the latest court appearance, Rose requested an
Afrikaans-speaking lawyer rather than proceeding with a planned bail
application.
The court granted the postponement to allow time to
establish whether she had successfully obtained a new attorney to represent her
in the ongoing case.
The victim’s son has criticised the latest postponement,
describing it as a delaying tactic.
He expressed frustration over the repeated delays as the
family continues to await progress in the matter.
The matter is expected to return to the Bellville
Magistrate’s Court next week, where the issue of legal representation will be
addressed.
Further developments in the case are expected as court
proceedings continue.
