The Ministry of Public Service and Administration has expressed its shock at the decision by the unions at the Public Service Coordinating Bargaining Council to communicate the current wage negotiations through the media.
Minister Richard Baloyi says his department and the unions had agreed to negotiate behind closed doors.
This was to promptly find an agreeable position.
Baloyi also denies the unions’ statement that the negotiations have broken down.
