Mitchell’s Plain police are investigating cases of murder after three men were shot and killed in Westridge, Mitchells Plain on Sunday evening.
Brigadier Novela Potelwa said that reports indicate that a
gunman arrived at an address in Jersey Street, Westridge at 21:30 and asked for
the owner by name.
‘’The armed man proceeded to shoot the owner and two other
men inside the home. All three died on the scene. The suspect fled and is yet
to be arrested. Investigations into the shooting incident that is believed to
be gang-related continue,’’ said Potelwa.
