The driver accused of killing 18-year-old Tatum Hendricks, eight months ago, reappeared in court on Thursday.
32-year-old Gershwin Jacobs briefly appeared in the Bishop
Lavis Magistrates Court, where his bail application was extended.
Jacobs is alleged to have been under the influence of
alcohol, at the time of the incident, when he hit Hendricks and another man
with his car in October 2022.
It is believed that he then lost control of the vehicle and
crashed into two properties on Bluegum Avenue.
The case has been postponed until 11 July 2023, for a final
plea agreement.
