The body of a man, believed to be in his 30s, was discovered on Saturday afternoon in a storm water drain in Belhar.

‘’ According to reports SAPS members on duty
responded to a complaint of a body found in a black municipal dustbin in a
storm water drain at the mentioned address. A post-mortem will be conducted to
determine the cause of death. Belhar police registered a murder case for
investigation.’’
