Unidentified man found dead at Sea Point Pavilion

Police in the Western Cape said they are investigating what led to the death of an unidentified man at Sea Point Pavilion on Sunday.

According to reports the man was shot dead after two vehicles with armed men pulled up and fired several shots.

Police spokesperson Joseph Swartbooi said Sea Point police responded to a complaint before finding the man's body at the crime scene. "The victim was declared deceased on the scene by the medical personnel. The circumstances surrounding this incident are still under investigation."
