The body of an elderly man was found in Flamingo Vlei, Table View on Wednesday evening.

in his home in Sceptre Crescent with his arms and legs tied up.
‘’The victim was declared deceased on the scene by medical
personnel. It is still unclear what was taken from the house. The circumstances
surrounding the incident are under investigation and arrests are yet to be
made,’’ said Sergeant Wesley Twigg, Western Cape police spokesperson.
