A man was found dead in a Koi fish pond in Sanddrift yesterday.
“It is alleged that the owner of the house was out during the day and when he returned he found the 53 year old gardener lying face down in the pond,” said ER24’s Tristan Wadeley.
On arrival of paramedics at the scene, the patient had been partially pulled out from the pond and was already dead.
Wadeley said police were on scene and are investigating the incident.
