The Presidency says President Jacob Zuma’s relations with Zimbabwe remain warm and cordial.
A Zimbabwean newspaper yesterday criticised South Africa's position on Libya, especially the country's support for the United Nations Security Council Resolution that created a no-fly zone over Libya.
But the Presidency says South Africa has reaffirmed Africa's strong commitment to the respect of the unity and territorial integrity of Libya.
The newspaper also called Zuma “an erratic liability” after he and other Southern African leaders called on Harare to end a crackdown on the opposition.
