AfriForum says it is still preparing for its hate-speech court case against ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema.
Malema has been taken to court by AfiForum for hate-speech.
AfriForum spokesperson Willie Spies says they received an e-mail from Malema’s lawyers about such a possibility of a settlement out of court.
Closing argument for Malema's shoot-the-boer hate speech trial begins on the 19th of May.
