The ANC says it is concerned that the DA is using bullying tactics on the South African Human Rights Commission.
The DA had earlier questioned the independence of the Commission because it has taken so long to release a report about one-thousand-600 open toilets constructed by the ANC in the Free State.
HRC spokesperson Vincent Moaga says the report has now been officially tabled and will be dealt with shortly.
