The ANC says Julius Malema and his co-accused will face the party’s disciplinary committee individually.
The ANC Youth League leader and five others have been accused of various charges, including misconduct and bringing the ANC into disrepute.
Violent clashes broke out between Malema supporters and police outside Luthuli House yesterday.
Today’s hearing however was characterised by an increased police presence and an uneasy calm amongst the handful of supporters who returned.
ANC spokesperson Jackson Mthembu says the hearings continue.
