Julius Malema’s disciplinary hearing has once again been postponed.
Derek Hanekom, head of the ANC’s national disciplinary panel, says this is because judgment in his hate speech case is due in the South Gauteng High Court today.
AfriForum laid a complaint against the Youth League leader in the Equality Court following his singing of the Shoot the Boer song.
Yesterday, the ANC disciplinary committee dismissed Malema’s argument that it had breached the constitution of the ruling party by releasing to the media its finding on his application to cancel the charges.
