Police officers stationed at all polling stations across the City are on high alert in case any violence breaks out. However, the voting process seems to be running smoothly, with no major occurrences of violence reported at this point.
“Since early this morning, we haven’t received any major reports,” said Police spokesperson Senior Superintendent Billy Jones. says at this point, no extreme cases of violence has been reported.
“We have strategic groups that are in the nearby vicinity, if the stations require assistance,” said Jones.
