Solidarity will deliver more than 23 000 letters addressed to President Jacob Zuma, at Parliament today.
This after the trade union appealed to thousands of South Africans to write to the president, asking him to prioritise the fight against crime.
In a statement the union says the purpose of their campaign is to “show the President that a large number of South Africans are very serious about crime”.
The delivery of the letters will coincide with Zuma’s response to the State of the Nation debate.
