ANC Youth League President Julius Malema will appear before the ANC’s disciplinary hearing.
This after the ruling party formally charged Malema of bringing the organisation into disrepute.
According to the Sunday Times, the fact that Malema brought the ANC and government into disrepute through his remarks about Zimbabwe and his endorsement of Zanu-PF, have been cited as motivation for the hearing.
A recent rant directed at a BBC journalist at a press conference has also been cited as motivation for the hearing.
No date has been set yet.
