The corruption trial of former police commissioner Jackie Selebi resumed at the South Gauteng High Court today.
Closing arguments were heard this morning and are expected to last for the rest of the week.
Selebi faces charges of corruption and defeating the ends of justice after allegedly accepting bribes worth R1.2 million and other gifts from convicted drug lord Glen Agliotti.
State prosecutor Gerrie Nel says the former police head should be convicted on both charges arguing that Selebi changed his version of events continuously to suit his case.
