Alleged killer’s house burnt down by angry residents

A seven year old boy named Ntumeko Mboxi was found dead in his bed last week at his home in Worcester. The boy was allegedly beaten to death by his aunt and cousin.

Ntumeko’s aunt, his foster mother, Nonkoliso Skota and her daughter Sinisihle were arrested yesterday after police found the boy’s bloodied clothes hidden in the house.

Friday the 09 of July residents of the area attended the boy’s memorial service in a community hall in Zwelabantu.

Residents marched to the Worcester Magistrate Court where the accused appeared after that marched to the to the alleged killer’s house and burnt it down. Local councillor Elizabeth Bushwana says the residents were too angry they could not be stopped.
