Thousands of public servants earlier today marched through Durban, demanding better wages from government.
The Congress of South African Trade Unions members marched to City Hall, accompanied by a large group of police officials.
This follows similar marches in Pretoria and Cape Town earlier this week.
Wage talks are set to resume later this evening and analysts says government might up its offer of seven-percent in order to prevent further strike action.
