Police of Vredenburg are trying to find a man who allegedly abducted and raped a nine-year-old girl in Darling.
Police say the man has been out of jail for sometime on parole.
The nine-year-old girl was abducted and was taken to a veld where she was raped and tortured.
The girl managed to free herself from her attackers and ran to a nearby road, where she was hit by a car.
The child is in hospital in a serious condition.
The police’s Frederick van Wyk said investigators are looking for Stephen Isaacs, who they believe can help them in their probe. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Stephen Isaacs can call 022 913 8814.
