Recent reports revealed that Shrien Dewani, husband to murdered British tourist murdered in Gugulethu Anni Dewani’s company is in debt.
According to a report in a British tabloid, Dewani’s firm owes an estimated £6.25 million (about R70 -million).
The firm run by the British businessman whose bride was killed in Gugulethu is in debt, a British tabloid has reported.
The PSP Healthcare company Dewani set up in 2005 with his brother and farther is said to owe £4 million in bank loans alone.
The tabloid also reported that figures for 2008 to 2009 reveal the company’s net losses doubled to £822 000 in a year and this year’s return are overdue.
Shrien and his wife were hijacked in Gugulethu last Saturday and Anni’s body was discovered on Sunday morning while her husband was left unharmed.
Two men from Khayelitsha have since been arrested for the murder.
A post mortem done on Anni’s body did not indicate any sexual assault.
