The murder trial of Blue Bulls rugby player Jacobus “Bees” Roux has been postponed in the North Gauteng High Court until Wednesday.
The delay has been allowed so that discussions between the State and the defence may be finalised.
Roux stands accused of beating Tshwane metro police member, Ntshimane Mogale, to death in August last year. His legal team is expected to argue that Mogale had tried to rob their client, and that he had acted in self defence.
