Motorcyclist Injured

A Motorcyclist was admitted to the Cape Gate Medi-Clinic after he had jumped off his bike to avoid colliding with a truck.

The incident occurred in Joostenberg Vlakte near Kraaifontein earlier today.

Officails said that the 32-year-old was lucky to be alive.

The accident caused the man to roll for quite a distance and when ER24 paramedics arrived on scene they found the man in severe pain.

He sustained serious broken bones as well as suspected back, head and chest injuries.
