Three policemen from Bishop Lavis were arrested yesterday afternoon confirmed Western Cape Police.
Warrant Officer November Filander said the officers were arrested when they reported for work.
He said that the investigating officer informed them of the allegations of theft, defeating the ends of justice, dealing drugs, perjury and extortion.
The two constables aged 26 and 28 and a warrant officer aged 48 will appear in the Bishop Lavis magistrate’s court on Monday.
