Spark ATM Systems, Marc Sternberg said on Friday it is never easy preventing attacks on cash machines.
There have been nine ATM bombing incidents across Cape Town since the beginning of the year.
Cape Town Police said that all nine incidents are being investigated by the Serious and Violent Crimes Unit of the Hawks.
Police said currently no links can be drawn between the attacks.
Only one suspect has been arrested in connection with a blast in Nyanga last week.
Authorities are finding it difficult to prevent these incidents.
