The Western Cape business sector has welcomed Metrorail’s revised pricing structure on the proposed train fare increase.
Metrorail announced they would increase their fares by 13% and not the initial 27%.
On Thursday the meeting between Cosatu and Metrorail saw the Cape Chamber of Commerce’s Gordan Metter part of the talks.
Metter said the new pricing concession will benefit everyone in the province.
