Cape Town teenager hands himself over for murder

A Cape Town teenager handed himself over to the police last night after the killing of a three-year-old boy in Manenberg.
The shooting happened yesterday morning after police searched a house for firearms.
They found nothing, but were informed of the shooting after they had left.
It is said that the suspect shot the toddler infront of his mother accusing her of tipping the police about illegal activities.
