Cape Town teenager hands himself over for murder

Western Cape Education MEC Donald Grant urges learners at a Grabouw school to return to class today.
The Pupils at Umyezo Wama Apile Combined School have not been in class since Monday following protests over classrooms that are overcrowded.
The learners do not want to go back to class till the education department improves the learning conditions.
There are more than 50 children in one class.
