Civic organisations will meet to address Grabouw violent outbreaks

Today Civic organisations said a meeting has been set up to address the tensions in Grabouw.
The group, Communities for Social Change from the Mother City are due to meet this evening .
Earlier this week, a march to protest school overcrowding turned violent.
Some residents claim the violence was sparked by divisions between coloured and black community members.
