Traffic officials on high alert

The Easter weekend is just around the corner and the traffic authorities remain on high alert.

Western Cape Traffic Chief Kenny Africa says that toady about four luxury long distance buses were removed from Western Cape roads for being unroadworthy.

Africa said that the luxury busses were pulled over in Beaufort West and George.

Africa further said the coaches belong, Greyhound and SA Roadlink.

He also said that the fourth bus was found that it had been removed from the road in another province.

Africa urged motorists to stick to the rules of the road.
