The Concerned Young People of South Africa is very concerned about the procedure regarding the issue of bail application in human trafficking cases.
The group says it is difficult to explain how human traffickers are being given bail.
The group questioned Judge Pillay`s decision to grant bail to Dr Genchen Rignath.
The group`s Spokesperson Sibongile Hlongwane said that they will fight to the end,because Judges always say there is no law is South Africa to prosecute human traffickers.
