Passop is concerned that the Department of Home Affairs is dictating to the ANC on what policies should be adopted.
Passop Director General Braam Hanekom says it appears that the department dictated to the ANC membership what the policies are and has begun implementing these policies which have not been adopted by the ANC.
Hanekom says policy recommendations were meant to come out on the policy conference to be held on Monday next week.
He added that there is no need to go to Mangaung Conference when these policies have been implemented already.
