Police arrested a Chinese national on Tuesday following an abalone bust in Cape Town
The 28-year-old was arrested at his home near Bellville.
The police's Andre Traut said equipment to process Perlemoen was also confiscated. Traut added that said 2 151 pieces of abalone valued at approximately R 400 000 was also found by police.
