De Lille hopes to make Cape Town “city of the future”

Executive Mayor of Cape Town Patricia De Lille in her first weekly newsletter of the year to Cape Town said for many people the end of the calendar year is a time for friends and family.

Regardless of one’s background or culture, the festive season is celebrated by all and offers Cape Town a chance to regroup itself before challenges.

De Lille said with that she wants to make Cape Town a City of the future.

Spokesperson Solly Molatsi said that the Mayor is asking Cape Townians to join her administration in making Capo Town a city of the future this year.

“The mayor is committing the administration to meeting key challenges of the City and fulfilling the needs of the people of Cape Town to make this city a better city to live, work and study for all the people of Cape Town” Malatsi added.
