ACDP welcomes the investigation of tender irregularity of the City of Cape Town

The African Christian Democratic Party in the Western Cape has welcomed the City of Cape Town’s investigation into tender irregularities and mismanagement at the city’s tourism and events directorate. 

As part of the investigation computers of staff members were seized. 

ACDP Provincial Leader Ferlon Christians said as the ACDP they are pleased with the confiscation of laptops of staff, including that of Grant Pascoe the Mayoral Committee for Tourism.

Christians further called on the City to live up to its values to stand firm with clean government and if anyone is found to be doing some irregularities to be prosecuted.
