A taxi and two light motor vehicles
collided into one another on the N3 north outside of the old airport in Durban
ER24 Spokesperson Vanessa Jackson said the
taxi rolled after the collision took place and a woman believed to be in her 30's
was ejected from the taxi.
“She suffered fatal injuries and paramedics
arrived to find out that she had already succumbed to these injuries and they
had no other option but declared her deceased.
There was approximately 11 other patens on
scene they had all survive this crash with only minor injuries and paramedics
treated them for the injuries on scene and transported them to hospitals in the
area,” Jackson added.
Exact details of the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain a subkcet of a police investigation.
