The African National Congress Youth League in the Western Cape has called on communities to protest and stand for dignified service delivery and access to land.

ANC Youth League said we cannot allow our democratic spaces to be closed down when people raise legitimate demands for proper service delivery, housing and access to land.

ANC Youth League Provincial Task Team Coordinator Mbulelo Memani said the League encourages communities to take up the struggle of service delivery and to march, not accept anything less and there should guard against bad elements that find and opportunity to disrupt and vandalise.

Memani added that the people have the right to march at any time when they are not satisfied with the service that they are getting.
