Gigaba has today announced the new Zimbabwean Special Dispensation Permit.
Minister Gigaba said the objective of
this is to regularize Zimbabweans residing in South
Africa
Gigaba said this is to reduce
pressure on the asylum seeker and refugee regime and to provide amnesty to
Zimbabweans who obtained South African documents fraudulently.
Minister Gigaba said as of the 1st of January 2015 to 31st December 2017 any
Zimbambwean National who wishes to stay further in South
Africa
