The African National Congress in the Western Cape has
called for a full investigation into the financial affairs of the Democratic Alliance-run City
of Cape Town.
This comes after a
national treasury report found that the DA is dishing out free services to
households that do not qualify in order to accumulate more votes.

and her advisers on Tuesday.

The ANC will use its
councilors to question this scandal Grobler concluded
