11 people were injured after a
taxi driver lost control of the vehicle around a bend in Kassier Road,
Shongweni on Saturday evening.
“ER24 paramedics and others arrived
on the scene and found that the taxi had overturned. Paramedics assessed the
patients and found that they had sustained minor to moderate injuries.” ER24
spokesperson Chitra Bodasing said.
The reasons behind the
accident are not yet know but local authorities were present to investigate.
