Access to the UCT campus has been restricted.
The UCT Media Liaison Elijah Moholola says that he can confirm that this morning a group of protesters blocked the access to Baxter road on the Lower campus where the Jammie Shuttles normally stops.

Another group of protesters blocked the North entrance on Upper campus next to the Sports Centre and later on proceeded to block the South entrance.
As a result the Jammie Shuttles have been temporarily suspended.
