‘’He conducted a traffic stop, and while engaging with the driver, a man covered in blood jumped from the vehicle and collapsed nearby. The driver claimed that the injured man had broken into his home, adding that the officer immediately handcuffed the driver and called for backup,’’ said Ruth Solomon, Metro police spokesperson.

‘’While on the radio, two more men exited the minibus, their hands also covered in blood. The officer instructed them to stay inside until backup arrived,’’ she added.
