Zuma could testify in rape trial
The details of the 10 minutes of sex Jacob Zuma had with a close family friend will be revealed as the former deputy president is expected to take the stand in the Johannesburg High Court on Monday. Zuma will probably have to testify about the events that led him to be accused of raping a 31-year-old HIV-positive woman - without a condom. Six potential witnesses, it is believed, have also been scheduled to testify in his defence. But the Sunday Times has established that the sensational trial might be delayed even further because the defence team is unable to find some of its witnesses.
