War of words rages on between Youth League and Ngcuka
The ANC Youth League has responded to former director of public prosecutions Bulelani Ngcuka’s threats of legal action against its leader by saying Ngcuka uses lies and deception to advance his agenda. Ngcuka’s threat was a reaction to Fikile Mbalula’s insinuations that Ngcuka had had a hand in the laying of a rape charge against Jacob Zuma. ANCYL spokesperson Zizi Kodwa says Ngcuka should rather tell the nation the truth, which they say is that Ngcuka is bitter because the ANCYL suggested that he was a spy and had been instrumental in a plot to deal Zuma a debilitating political blow.
