A 21-year-old man appeared before the Mitchell’s Magistrates Court Plain faced with a charge of rape.
This after his 10-year-old niece fell pregnant, alleging that the baby is his. The girl, who is nearly eight months pregnant, believes that she is in love with her uncle.
According to media reports, prosecution is waiting for the baby to be born so that a DNA test can be taken to discover the child’s paternity.
