Traffic on the N1 yesterday was congested as cars were idling bumper to bumper due to a pipe burst that occurred.
The department of water and sanitation' s Farouk Robertson said that their teams worked hard to find a solution.
He concludes by saying that the traffic in the area did improve and took the opportunity to thank the public for their patience.
